Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling is required in order for refunded deposit. Same day reschedules or cancellations will result in loss of deposit, or if deposit is not made, you will be charged 50% of the missed appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours ahead of time can have deposit refunded.
NO REFUNDS!! I will provide you with a fix if necessary within 5 days of original appointment.
Come with clean lashes. No mascara, no clusters, no lash glue please!! Leftover makeup residue will affect your lash retention!
Please no extra guests unless discussed prior to appointment.
